Black Diamond is a top-notch contractor. They helped me with a structural engineering design in order to open our retail store in La Quinta. Enrique is very professional and prompt. We would highly recommend Black Diamond.

Enrique was great! We would highly recommend him and would use him again. He is very professional and very talented!

I used Black Diamond Drafting & Design to help me with my attached ADU build. Enrique came up with different designs to give me an idea of how to lay it all out. Eventually we ended up with a design that we loved, and even though it wasn’t a complicated build, the City of Desert Hot Springs gave us a hard time. I had a bad experience in the past with a designer bailing on me when things got hard, so I was honestly worried about that, but Enrique was there all along the way, contacting the city and the plan checkers until the plans were approved! The plans weren’t cheap, but for all the work Enrique did and him showing up until the end, it was well worth it! It’s hard trusting people in the construction business, but I definitely recommend Enrique’s work.

Enrique is a professional, very responsive young man. He used his time efficiently taking care of my drawings and submitting them to the city for my construction permit. I will use Enrique and Black Diamond Drafting on my next project.

After searching and contacting many different drafting and design services with no luck on callbacks and no-shows to appointments, I was referred to Enrique. He came out to our site within a day and gave us great ideas to build on. We had him do our plans and design, and he also submitted for our permit. Very easy and knowledgeable to work with. Highly recommend Enrique to anyone.

God has truly blessed this young man, as he is a very creative designer, both exterior and outdoors. I love that you work with the owner of the company throughout the entire project. I appreciate his hard work and honesty above all. He keeps his word; everything he said he was going to do, he did and beyond! Highly recommend Black Diamond Drafting & Design! God bless!

Enrique went over and above to help get the plans prepared to get my project approved. There were a lot of revisions requested by the City of La Quinta, but Enrique stood by me every step of the way. He was professional and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and creative design. The backyard looks amazing. It is very functional and excellent use of the space. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely happy with my pool results. They did an awesome job, and most importantly, they return your calls the same day.
