A gated two story estate on Avenue 50 in Indio, with a curved resort pool and two sport courts on the grounds.

This one is planned as a compound rather than a house on a lot. Everything is arranged around what happens outdoors.
A curved resort pool wraps the rear terrace and sets the geometry for the whole back of the property. Tennis and pickleball courts sit on the lower grade, far enough from the house that play does not carry into the living spaces. A walled motor court handles arrival and keeps vehicles out of the view from the main rooms.
The house itself runs two stories with deep wood soffits and a covered upper deck angled toward the mountains. Glazing on the rear elevation is sized so the pool and the courts read as one continuous view from inside.
