A gated RV and boat storage facility designed for the desert, with covered spaces and a secondary service building.

Storage facilities live or die on circulation. This one was laid out so a forty foot coach can enter, turn and park without a three point turn, with covered bays along the perimeter wall and open spaces down the center.
The frontage does the marketing. Rather than leave a blank block wall on the street, the design sets the gate back behind desert landscaping and palms, with a screened turf walkway running to the office.

Entry, frontage, covered bays and the secondary building.
