Modern villa residence concept

The project

A concept study for a modern villa on a sloping lot. The rear elevation is almost entirely glass, stepping down to an infinity pool that reads as the edge of the property.

Inside, the living space runs double height with an open stair, and a stone fireplace wall carries the full height to tie the two levels together. The interior renders were produced alongside the exterior so the material palette could be judged in both at once.
