A golf course estate with a dark finish pool, raised planters, fire feature and travertine deck, drawn and built.

The property backs onto a fairway, so the design keeps sightlines low and lets the golf course act as the borrowed view. The pool takes a dark interior finish to read as water rather than tile, with raised planters breaking its length and a spa set into one end.
Travertine decking wraps the whole thing, widening on the house side into a lounge terrace with a fire feature. The design renders and the finished photography are both here so you can see how close the built result came to the drawings.

The finished estate, plus the design renders it was built from.
